“…They have been the general contractor team for a 6-story corporate headquarters for an energy company in Oklahoma City. The 122,000 square foot project also includes underground parking, a hardened IT area, and is equipped with a full geothermal HVAC system. The project is a high-end product with exotic stones, American black walnut millwork, and other ornamental finishes.
The team was extraordinary in scheduling the project, with difficult coordination of geothermal wells and underground parking. The team has utilized current and new technology in creating field-verified documents for a custom-designed curtain wall and metal panel system, utilizing computer-assisted scanning of walls in place. The team has been very instrumental in keeping the project within budgeted contingencies, even with the scope increased to accommodate additional offices for the owner. The project will open on time, in a narrow 16-month window. The project incorporates not only offices, but a full corporate restaurant, auditorium, and fitness center.
